Cincinnati Issue 9 is a job killer — It could cost Cincinnati thousands of jobs from millions of federal dollars that can only be used for passenger rail. Don’t send our jobs and tax dollars to other cities like Indianapolis or Columbus.

Cincinnati Issue 9 is confusing — It could spur countless lawsuits and a never-ending series of expensive elections. Don’t turn Cincinnati into California, with its endless stream of referendums and initiatives. The only winners would be the lawyers, robo-callers and campaign consultants.
