Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission Opposes Issue 9The Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission is the latest organization to encourage a "NO" vote on issue #9. Click here to read the formal resolution and a memo to Hamilton County municipalities and Board of County Commissioners explaining the Planning Commission's opposition to Issue #9.In the press release, the Planning Commission states that it is opposed to Issue #9 because it "would have a negative effect on the 3C Rail funding request and likely result in a passenger rail system that bypasses the core city – detracting from the future prosperity of many Hamilton County communities."
