New Cincinnatians for Progress aims to stop constant referendumsCincinnati Business Courier As far as Rob Richardson, Bobby Maly and Joe Sprengard are concerned, the streetcar ballot initiative isn’t about the city’s $200 million streetcar proposal, not at all.
