Mayor David Mann and other leaders urge No on 9!Mayor David Mann urged Cincinnatians to Vote No on 9 at an event this morning.He was joined by former Mayors Roxanne Qualls and Arn Bortz, as well as former Vice Mayors Marian Spencer and Jim Tarbell. The event was organized and hosted by Protect the Charter, a coalition of leading civic groups. Representatives of the coalition also attended: Alice Schneider, League of Women Voters President, Carolyn Miller, League of Women Voters, Chris Moran, League of Women Voters, Robert Schrage, The Cincinnatus Association, and Michael Goldman, Charter Committee.
