OUR MISSION IS OUR NAME
Cincinnatians For Progress formed to defeat the anti-progress charter amendment of 2009, which would have halted transportation development that creates jobs and makes Cincinnati more economically competitive.In 2011, the same anti-progress faction returned with another extreme anti-growth amendment. Voters rejected that on November 8.
With this vote, Cincinnatians for Progress has been on the winning side in each of the three campaigns that we have supported:
2009 – No on 9
2010 – Issue 1 (Third Frontier bonds)
2012 – No on 48
That's a proud record and a testimony to the dedication of people who love Cincinnati and want to see it achieve a bright future.
